The Bombay High Court under Justice A.P. Lavande and Justice R.C. Chavan in Mumbai rejected Capital punishment to 6 accused from original accused total 52 saying IT’S NOT RARE BUT IT’S QUITE COMMON ACT TO RAPE TO KILL ANY DALIT FAMILY IN INDIA.
