CM office pressurizes Doctor for falsifying report: Castevirus 002UP 2013
Agony exposes when the leaders of the country and their relatives oppressed Dalits. A complaint against brother-in-law of Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav for severely beating a Dalit doctor and damaging car over a minor issue of vehicle parking in front of house in Etawah has been closed down.
A state government doctor Mr. Pawan Pratap Singh complained Monday evening he had parked his car in the Friends colony area, near the house of Mulayam’s brother-in-law Ajant Singh Yadav. Yadav angry over that beat him along with others and also damaged his car and broke its window panes, doctor complained.
“I was punched, slapped and kicked. I pleaded I won’t park my car outside their house again, but no one listened. They smashed the car windscreen,” doctor said.
Doctor suffered bruises and several cuts, visible injuries over his body.
Misery over this Etawah police was not registering his complaint and the charge too refuted by the officials of the damage vehicle. On contrary, complaint was lodged at another police station against the doctor, accusing him of trying to run Mulayam’s brother-in-law Ajant Singh Yadav over by his car.
Further Eatwah police initially told that no complaint was filed by Dr. Singh of beating. But by the late Tuesday dated 15 October, Etawah SP Nilabhja Chaudhary said he had been informed by the civil lines police that the two parties had compromised, and that the doctor was no longer interested in pursuing the case.
It was said police pressurized him not to lodged the complaint as it would put accused in trouble as he is a Dalit and police will charge accused under Prevention of Atrocities against Schedule Castes & Schedule Tribe (SC/ST) Act.
