India bleeds but people commit

Yesterday was the January 2011. This was 62th Republic day of India. On this day Dr Ambedkar handed over the ‘Magna Carta of human rights, equality and freedom’, also known as ‘the constitution of India,’ to the Nation in 1951.

We see today the followers of Dr Ambedkar committed to the constitutional vision despite the rapes, atrocities and tortures they face every hour at the hands of high caste Indian spirits.

Following are the pictures Atrocitynews wants to share with you.

Buddhist Society of India, Indira Nagar unit (A Slum Area), Kalyan(W) has celebrated 26th Jan’2011 as “Sanvidhan Gaurav Divas” and pay tribute to Father of The Constitution at Dr. Ambedkar Udyan Kalyan. This is second time they have organisedthe  rally.

In America there is no system in place today that forces people to remain separate or keeps one Class subservient to another.

If you were born the son of a street sweeper, but excelled, you could become a doctor or lawyer or some celebrity or entrepreneur – and at the same time you would be fully accepted by your peers.

Not so in India. The Caste system freezes everyone in place. It is extremely difficult – almost impossible – for someone from the lowest Caste to rise in education and social status.

A Dalit would never be allowed to marry into one of the higher Castes and would never be accepted as an equal.
And for a Dalit to make it into medical school or opening a restaurant or become a priest in a temple or become a member of high society in India is very rare indeed.

You can move from one class to another in America(e.g Obama became President of USA)
You must not move from one caste to another in your life time in India(e.g. Ambedkar could not become Prime Minister of India)

British gave autonomy to Muslims/Christians/Anglo-Indians/Sikhs/SC/ST communities in 1930 Round Table Conference.
But they succumbed to the blackmailing of Gandhi/Forward Caste leaders and bribed these communities with ‘reservations’.

SC/ST Members of Parliament should move a Bill in Parliament seeking autonomy from India citing 1930 Round Table Conference resolution as reference.
300 million SC/ST community will become 4th largest nation in the world.
