The debacle of Police, who is at fault?

Following is a letter to Atrocitynews from a British citizen who has been following the recent murder case of Scarlette. He claims involvement of two people and Goan police is trying to cover-up the case. It is learnt that due to pressure created from politico-criminal nexus, the case will have the usual fate of atrocity case . When India will wake up to the rule of law?

Civil society is shying away from activism at it’s own perils not only to limited this murder case but routine cases of atrocities on Dalits (1 Dalit Murder/day, 3 Dalit rapes/day and 2 Dalit houses torched/day in India) where conviction rate is less than 4%.

Readers please go thru the following letter and ignite the minds for action..

Dear Editor
Can you please feature the atrocity, rape and murder of the slain British Girl Scarlette Keeling. She was drugged, raped and murdered by two people in Goa – Samson D’Souza and Placido Carvalho. The police and the home minstry are trying to cover up this issue. I am now in Goa working with these authorities to get justice.
